This website (also referred to as the "platform") delivers research and market & company insights to global clients, including those who use assistive technologies. It is accessible across all major browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge) and devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The pages across the platform are mobile responsive, allowing users to access the content from the device and browser of their preference. 

The platform is updated daily with the latest research & data and includes analysis published since 2009. It has an easy-to-navigate menu structure and pages to allow easy navigation and quick access to the data and analysis. We use Google Translate to provide machine translation across all major languages, allowing users to access the platform using their preferred language. 

We use industry-standard guidelines and best practices to help users who need assistive and adaptive technologies. Our platform is designed to meet at least level 2 (AA) of the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Also, we are continuously making improvements to meet level 3 (AAA) guidelines. Consistent & standardized font & icon library and Cascading Style Sheets are used to ensure consistent, industry-standard font and icon usage across the platform. This makes it easy for users to understand and navigate across product pages. We have implemented easy-to-understand tooltips on mouse hover of icons to describe features/page elements. We also include easy-to-understand, descriptive text in all user input fields across the platform. This allows users to 

  • zoom in without problems
  • navigate the website using just a keyboard
  • use most of the website via a screen reader (e.g., NVDA), including research content and market tables

We support all input methods, such as a mouse, keyboard, or touch. Users can use any of these according to the capabilities of the device or their individual preference. The platform also provides standard messaging in the form of notifications, alerts, message prompts, etc., to support consistent messaging to users. Users can also download help documentation from the platform and understand new features through the new features release page. There are multiple ways for users to request support, including chat support on a real-time basis.
